You get one free month if you decide to pay quarterly instead of monthly (25% discount, you actually pay every 4 months). And you get 6 months free with yearly payment (33% discount, you actually pay every 18 months).

Choose the payment period you want to use for the order and proceed to the order page where you specify the required number of users (in the quantity field):

You will be redirected to a web site of 2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA) where you can complete the order. They are our authorized retailer.

We will match your current Instant Team account to the order based on the e-mail address you provide during the checkout. If your e-mail address has changed, please send a notice to sales@heaven-industries.com after completing the order.

Refund Policy

You can cancel your account or part of your user licenses any time you want by contacting sales@heaven-industries.com. We will imediately stop charging you the recurring payments and refund any full non-free prepaid months remaining.

For example:

you get no refund with monthly payments because there will never be a full prepaid month remaining
you get 2 months refunded when you cancel in the first month of a 4 months payment cycle
you get 1 month refunded when you cancel in the second month of a 4 months payment cycle
you get no refund when you cancel in the third or fourth month in a 4 months payment cycle
